Regulation 41 Reimbursement arrangements: generalI1

For the purposes of paragraph 8(2) of Schedule 10 to the Actf1 reimbursement arrangementsf2 made by C are to be disregarded except where they—
(a)
include the provisions described in regulation 42; and
(b)
are supported by the undertakings described in regulation 45.
