An offence under any of the following provisions of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010—
(a)
section 28 (involvement in serious organised crime);
(b)
section 30 (directing serious organised crime); and
(c)
section 31 (failure to report serious organised crime).
