Regulation 8 Amendments to the 2003 Regulations

Regulation 35 of the 2003 Regulations (expenses) is amended as follows.

After paragraph (2) insert the following paragraph—

“(3)

The expenses that may be reimbursed under a determination made under paragraph (1) include tax paid by a chief officer in connection with removal or relocation expenses associated with his appointment.”
