Regulation 3 Amendments to the 2003 Regulations

Regulation 4 of the 2003 Regulations shall be amended as follows.

In paragraph (1) for “(2) and (3)” there shall be substituted “(2), (3) or (4)”.

The following paragraph is inserted—

“(4)

In its application to the National Crime Squad, paragraph (1) shall have effect as if the reference to Deputy Chief Constable was omitted.”
