Regulation 5 Amendments to the 2003 Regulations

Regulation 8 of the 2003 Regulations is amended as follows.

The following paragraph is inserted—

“(6)

In its application to the National Crime Squad, this regulation shall have effect as if the reference to the “area of a police force” was omitted and a reference to “England and Wales” inserted.”
