Section 106 Conferral of functions in relation to other emergenciesI1

In section 11 of the 2005 Act (conferral of functions in relation to other emergencies)—

(a)

in subsection (1), for “a relevant authority (the “specified authority”)” substitute “ SFRS ”, and

(b)

in each of subsections (2) and (3), for “the specified authority”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “ SFRS ”.
