Article 2 Amendment to the Police Appeals Tribunals Rules 1999

Rule 5 of the Police Appeals Tribunals Rules 1999^f1 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1) after the words “section 50(3) of the Act” there is inserted “or section 81 of the Police Act 1997”.
