Article 2 Amendment of performance indicators

Schedule 3 (investigating crime) to the Police Authorities (Best Value) Performance Indicators Order 2003^f1 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (a) of indicator number PBV7 the figure “10,000” is substituted for the figure “1,000”.

In paragraph (b) of indicator number PBV8 the words “notifiable/recorded” is substituted for the word “notifiable”.
