Article 2 Model code of conduct–police authorities and the Metropolitan Police Authority

(1)

The Secretary of State hereby issues a model code as regards the conduct which is expected of members and co-opted members^f1 of authorities and that code is set out in the Schedule to this Order.

(2)

All the provisions of the model code in the Schedule to this Order are mandatory^f2.
