Regulation 17 Disqualification

A member of the selection panel for the police authority’s area established under Part 3 of these Regulations shall be disqualified from being appointed as a member of a police authority under regulation 9, but a member so appointed may subsequently be appointed as a member of a selection panel under regulation 32.
