Regulation 3

in regulation 13 for the words “in Schedule 2 hereto” there shall be substituted the words—

“(a)

in respect of the period beginning with 1st September 1986 and ending with 31st August 1987, in Part I of the Table in Schedule 2 hereto and,

(b)

in respect of the period thereafter, in Part II of the said Table”;

in regulation 17, for the words “£0·50” in paragraph (1) there shall be substituted the words “£1·27”, and for the words “£36” in paragraph (2) there shall be substituted the words “£92”;

for the Table in Schedule 2 (scales of pay) there shall be substituted the following Table—

”

for paragraph 2 of Schedule 3 (charge for board and lodging) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“2

The annual rate of charge shall be—

(a)

in the case of a police cadet attached to the City of London or Metropolitan Police force, £480;

(b)

in any other case, £444.”.
