in paragraph (1), for “22 (special procedure)” there were substituted “21A (special procedure: notice of enquiry)”, and

in paragraph (2)(a), for paragraphs (i) and (ii), there were substituted “whether the conduct of the person concerned, if proved, would amount to gross misconduct;”.
