Regulation 73 Amendment of the Police Barred List and Police Advisory List Regulations 2017I1

The Police Barred List and Police Advisory List Regulations 2017 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulations 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “Standards of Professional Behaviour”, and 10(1)(a) (publication of information in barred list), for “2012” substitute “ 2020 ”.
