Regulation 55 is to be read as if—
(a)
in paragraph (1), for “is an officer other than a senior officer” there were substituted “ was an officer other than a senior officer at the relevant time ”;
(b)
in paragraph (3), for “is a senior officer” there were substituted “ was a senior officer at the relevant time ”;
F1(c)
in paragraph (4D), for “is not a senior officer”, there were substituted “was not a senior officer at the relevant time”.
