This Order may be cited as the Police Grant (Scotland) Order 2010 and comes into force on 1st April 2010.
(2)
In this Order—
-
“authority” means a police authority (not being a constituent authority) or a joint police board;
-
“financial year 2010-2011” means the period of 12 months commencing on 1st April 2010; and
-
“police grant” means the grant made under section 32(1) of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967.
