Paragraph 2

In regulation B1(3)(ba)^f1 (entitlement to pensions of certain police officers who retire at end of fixed term appointments) for the words from “and either” onwards there are substituted the words “(or, if such a term has been extended, at the end of the appointment for the extended term)”.
