Regulation 17 (retirement) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1)(c), omit “or” (in the last place).

(3)

At the end of paragraph (1)(d), insert—

“or

(e)

leaving a force on joining the National Criminal Intelligence Service or the National Crime Squad and subsequently becoming a specified employee of SOCA.”.
