Regulation 45 The Police Pension Fund Regulations 2007

Regulation 4 (particular payments into and out of the police pension fund) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (2)(e), omit “and”.

(3)

At the end of paragraph (2)(f) insert—

“and

(g)

sums payable under regulation 85(2)(a) of the 2006 Regulations.”.
