Regulation 44 The Police Pension Fund Regulations 2007

Regulation 2 (interpretation) is amended as follows.

In the definition of “police authority”, at the end insert “and, in relation to a specified employee of SOCA, it means SOCA”.

(3)

In the definition of “regular police officer” at the end insert “and a specified employee of SOCA”.

(4)

After the definition of “serviceman” insert—

  • ““Specified employee of SOCA” has the meaning given by Schedule A of the 1987 Regulations”.
