Regulation 8 The Police Pensions Regulations 1987

Regulation A18 (compulsory retirement on account of age) is amended as follows.

(2)

In paragraph (1), for the words “paragraph (2)” substitute “paragraphs (2) and (4)”.

(3)

After paragraph (3) insert the following paragraph—

“(4)

This regulation shall not apply to a specified employee of SOCA.”.
