Regulation 7 The Police Pensions Regulations 1987

Regulation A17 (retirement) is amended as follows.

(2)

After paragraph (1)(a) insert the following paragraph—

“(aa)
to the contract under which a specified employee of SOCA is employed by SOCA being terminated;”.

(3)

After paragraph (1)(e) insert the following paragraph—

“(f)
on joining the National Criminal Intelligence Service or the National Crime Squad and subsequently becoming a specified employee of SOCA,”.
