Regulation 36 The Police Pensions (Scotland) Regulations 2007

In regulation 3 (meaning of certain expressions in relation to persons who are not members of a home police force)–

(a)

in paragraph (1), after “inspector of constabulary” insert “, a specified employee of SOCA”; and

(b)

after paragraph (2) insert–

“(3)

In relation to a specified employee of SOCA–

(a)

any reference in these Regulations to the police authority shall be construed as a reference to SOCA; and

(b)

any reference in these Regulations to a force shall be construed as a reference to SOCA.”.
