Regulation 40 The Police Pensions (Scotland) Regulations 2007

In regulation 19 (compulsory retirement on account of age)–

(a)

in paragraph (1), at the beginning, insert “Subject to paragraph (4),”;

(b)

in paragraph (2), for “subject to paragraph (3)” substitute “subject to paragraphs (3) and (4)”; and

(c)

after paragraph (3), insert–

“(4)

This regulation shall not apply to a specified employee of SOCA.”.
