Regulation 41 The Police Pensions (Scotland) Regulations 2007
In regulation 20 (compulsory retirement on grounds of efficiency of the force)–
(a)
at the beginning of paragraph (1), insert “Subject to paragraph (3),”; and
(b)
after paragraph (2), insert–
“(3)This regulation shall not apply to a specified employee of SOCA.”.
