Paragraph 16

In Part II of Schedule F (transfers and current interchange arrangements) after paragraph 9 there shall be inserted—

“9A

(1)

This paragraph shall apply where the transfer value is payable in respect of a person who is a pension debit member.

(2)

The transfer value shall be reduced by such amount as is calculated in accordance with such guidance as is provided for the purpose by the Government Actuary.”.
