Regulation 10 Scheme manager approval
In this Part, “scheme manager approval” means—
(a)
for a Police Pensions Board established to assist one scheme manager, the approval of that scheme manager; or
(b)
for a Police Pensions Board established to assist more than one scheme manager, the approval of each of those scheme managers.
