Regulation 5 Amendments to the 1997 Regulations

In regulation 7(3) of the 1997 Regulations for the words “section 43A of the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973” there shall be substituted “section 145 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000”.
