Paragraph 23 Freedom of Information Act 2000

In Part 6 of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (c. 36) (public bodies for the purposes of that Act)—

(a)

at the appropriate place, there shall be inserted—

“The Independent Police Complaints Commission.

;

and”

(b)

the words “The Police Complaints Authority.” shall be omitted.
