Regulation 64 Allowance in respect of medical charges

A member of a police force shall be reimbursed any charges incurred in his case under section 77, 78 or 79 of the National Health Service Act 1977^f1 (which sections relate to charges for certain drugs, medicines and appliances and for dental treatment).
