(a)
Part 1 (sexual offences);
(b)
section 103I (offence: breach of SHPO or interim SHPO etc.);
(c)
section 122H (offence: breach of sexual risk order or interim sexual risk order etc.);
(d)
Schedule 3 (sexual offences for the purposes of Part 2).
