Regulation 8 Amendment of regulation 37 of the principal Regulations

In regulation 37(1) of the principal Regulations (deductions from pay of social security benefits and statutory sick pay)^f1, after the word “force” there are inserted the words “who is in receipt of full pay (within the meaning of regulation 27A(4)(b))”.
