United Kingdom

(1)

Any statutory instrument containing regulations made under any provision of this Act shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.

(2)

The power of the F1Treasury to make regulations under any provision of this Act includes power to make different provision for different circumstances, but shall only be exercisable after consultation with the Board.
