In Schedule 1, paragraph 1 shall be amended as follows.

In sub-paragraph (2), for “authorised insurance companies”, in both places, there shall be substituted “ insurance companies to which this Act applies ”.
(3)
In sub-paragraph (4), for “authorised insurance company” there shall be substituted “ insurance company to which this Act applies ”.

In sub-paragraph (5)—
(a)
for “authorised insurance companies” there shall be substituted “ insurance companies to which this Act applies ”, and
(b)
for “authorised insurance company” there shall be substituted “ insurance company to which this Act applies ”.
