Article 4 Power to deviateI1

England, Wales and Scotland

Subject to the provisions of this Order, in constructing the authorised works the Commissioners may—

(a)

deviate laterally from the lines or situations shown on the deposited plans to the extent of the limits of deviation; and

(b)

deviate vertically from the levels shown on the deposited sections to any extent not exceeding 1.5 metres upwards or to any extent downwards,

as may be found necessary or convenient.
