Regulation 23 Recognised security organisations

The Secretary of State may appoint a person as a recognised security organisation for the purposes of these Regulations.

The Secretary of State must not appoint a person under paragraph (1) unless the Secretary of State is satisfied that the person meets the conditions set out in Schedule 6.
