Paragraph 2 Appointment of security manager
Within 30 days of the notification under paragraph 1(1) of this Schedule—
(a)
the principal operator of that port related area, or
(b)
if there is no principal operator of that port related area, the owner of that area,
must appoint a security manager for that port related area.
