Article 24 Compulsory acquisition of landI1

The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised development or to facilitate, or is incidental to, it.

This article is subject to paragraph (3) of article 27 (compulsory acquisition of rights or imposition of covenants), article 31 (acquisition of subsoil or airspace only) and paragraph (8) of article 33 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development).
