Paragraph 12

“transfer date” means the date on which the transfer takes effect;

“the transfer” means the transfer under subsection (8) of section 22 above;

references to transferred property, rights or liabilities are references to property, rights or liabilities transferred by the scheme under that section in accordance with paragraph (a) of that subsection; and

references to transferred functions are references to functions transferred by paragraph (b) of that subsection.
