(1)
Subject as follows, the court making an order under Rule 106 shall as soon as reasonably practicable send to the transferee court a sealed copy of the order, and the file of the proceedings.
(2)
On receipt of these, the transferee court shall as soon as reasonably practicable send notice of the transfer to the transferor court.
