Rule 178 Forms for use in postal administration proceedingsI1

(1)
Subject to the next Rule, the forms contained in Schedule 1 to the Rules must be used in postal administration proceedings as provided for in specific Rules.
(2)
The forms must be used with such variations, if any, as the circumstances may require.
(3)
The Secretary of State or a postal administrator may incorporate a barcode or other reference or recognition mark into any form in Schedule 1 to the Rules a copy of which is received by any of them or is sent to any person by any of them.
