Paragraph 127 Enviromental Impact Assessment (Fish Farming in Marine Waters) Regulations 1999I1

In regulations 8(2)(b) of the Environmental Impact Assessment (Fish Farming in Marine Waters) Regulations 1999 ^f1 (publicity where an environmental statement is submitted) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “public post office (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000)”.
