Paragraph 132 European Parliamentary Elections Regulations 1999I1

The European Parliamentary Elections Regulations 1999 f1 are amended as follows.
In regulation 3(3) (application of certain provisions for European Parliamentary Elections)—
for the words “they apply” are substituted the words “it applies”; and
after the words “registered party's;” is inserted the word “and”.
In Schedule 1 (application with modifications of provisions of the Representation of the People Acts 1983 and 1985) in the modifications to the Representation of the People Act 1983—
in the entry relating to section 91, for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “universal service provider concerned”; and
at the appropriate place in the left hand column are inserted the words “Section 200A (remuneration for free postal services provided under the Act)”.
