Paragraph 137 Data Protection (Notification and Notification Fees) Regulations 2000I1

In regulation 8(2) of the Data Protection (Notification and Notification Fees) Regulations 2000 ^f1 (date of entry in the register) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “postal operator (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) concerned”.
