The Data Protection Tribunal (National Security Appeals) Rules 2000 f1 are amended as follows.

In rule 5(4) (time limit for appealing) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “postal operator (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) concerned”.
(3)
In rule 13(2) (withdrawal of appeal) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “postal operator (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) concerned”.
