Paragraph 144 The Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Authorisations Extending to Scotland) Order 2000I1

In column 1 of the Schedule to the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Authorisations Extending to Scotland) Order 2000 ^f1 for the words “The Post Office” are substituted the words “A universal service provider (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) acting in connection with the provision of a universal postal service (within the meaning of that Act)”.
