Paragraph 25 National Loans Act 1968I1

for the words “Post Office”, where they appear for the first time, are substituted the words “Post Office company (within the meaning of Part IV of the Postal Services Act 2000) or any subsidiary or wholly-owned subsidiary (within the meanings given by section 736 of the Companies Act 1985) of the Post Office company”; and

for the words “Post Office”, where they appear for the second time, are substituted the words “Post Office company or any such subsidiary”.
