Paragraph 28 Secretary of State for the Environment Order 1970I1

Schedule 3 to the Secretary of State for the Environmental Order 1970^f1 (amendments and adaptations of enactments) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 11(3)(c) (enactments relating to docks and harbours) for the words “the Post Office” are substituted the words “a universal service provider (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) in connection with the provision of a universal postal service (within the meaning of that Act)”.

(3)

In paragraph 21(1) (the Pipe-lines Act 1962) for the words “the Post Office” are substituted the words “a universal service provider (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) in connection with the provision of a universal postal service (within the meaning of that Act)”.
