Paragraph 62 Administration of Justice Act 1985I1

Paragraph 10 of Schedule 5 to the Administration of Justice Act 1985f1 (power of High Court to re-direct mail of licensed conveyancer) is amended as follows.
(2)
In sub-paragraph (1) for the words “section 87(1) of the Post Office Act 1953” are substituted the words “section 125(1) of the Postal Services Act 2000”.
(3)
In sub-paragraph (2)—
(a)
for the words “Post Office”, where they first appear, are substituted the words “postal operator (as defined by section 125(1) of the Postal Services Act 2000) concerned”; and
(b)
for the words “Post Office”, where they appear for the third time, are substituted the words “postal operator”.
