Paragraph 64 Data Protection Tribunal Rules 1985I1

The Data Protection Tribunal Rules 1985^f1 are amended as follows.

In rule 4(3) (time limit for appealing) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “postal operator (within the meaning given by section 125(1) of the Postal Services Act 2000) concerned”.

In rule 25(2) (withdrawal of appeal) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “postal operator (within the meaning given by section 125(1) of the Postal Services Act 2000) concerned”.
