In Part V of Schedule 3 of the Legal Aid in Criminal and Care Proceedings (Costs) Regulations 1989^f1 (fees for advocacy in the Crown Court), in the Table of Offences—

(a)

in Class H in the first column for the words “Sending prohibited articles by post” are substituted the words “Prohibition on sending certain articles by post”;

(b)

in Class H in the second column for the words “Post Office Act 1953 section 11” are substituted the words “Postal Services Act 2000 section 85”; and

(c)

in Class H in the third column “1953 c 36” is substituted by “2000 c 26”.
